Generated new business leads and acquisitions. Including the awards of two new client contracts, with structured, long term marketing plans for corporate guidelines, brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and all general market advertising which increased agency revenue by 10% in the first year.

Launched and led a boutique advertising and content development agency.
• Introduced the “Still Revolutionary” tagline and new state logo as a highlight of the $25M nationwide campaign to strategically reposition the state of Connecticut that led to a 70% increase in advertising awareness, 21% enhancement of national perception and the creation of 30,000 jobs. Increased visits to the Connecticut website by 100% and saw an 18% increase in awareness as a place to visit, significantly above the average gain for competing states.
• Agency of record for the Cayman Islands since 2002. Created the “Caymankind” brand and advertising campaign in 2013 that led to a 10.8% increase in visitation in 2014
• Won $20M pitch for brand voice and positioning for the oil and natural gas industry. Blended television production and testing, print, web and banner production.
• Conceived and co-produced with NFL Films, “The NFL Cayman Challenge”. A 90 minute made for TV branded content initiative designed to showcase the beauty of The Cayman Islands and highlight a select group of NFL Players in an on island “Survivor”-styled sports competition. The show aired on CBS and ESPN and was renewed as “The NFL Quarterback Challenge” to run again the following year.
• Produced and co-founded the theatrical and Netflix release of “Cayman Went”. The only movie ever created by an advertising agency on behalf of its client. Increased general awareness of the destination in its premier cities of New York, Los Angeles and London, and became a focal point for on island tourism awareness activation programs.
• Responsible for the new name and logo design of “The Guinness International Champions Cup” for Relevent Sports. Co-created the tournaments tagline, “No Friendlies. Just Football”. Created a multi-platform creative campaign execution, that increased awareness and ticket sales, and sold out stadiums in Spain, Arizona, CA, NJ and FL.
• Produced and published a Cayman Islands inspired children’s book tilted, “Tuke. The Specialist Turtle”. A percentage of proceeds from sales were donated to The Caribbean Marine Institute for the preservation and restoration of Cayman coral reefs.
• Lead the creative new business team that pitched and won the $25 million People’s United Bank account. Introduced the new logo, new bank name. New checking accounts increased by 22% and unaided new name awareness increased by 40% regionally.

Managed and oversaw the development of all creative assets of a 40 person creative department. Supervising over $60 million dollars of business. Co-directed 2 national tv commercials featuring James Earl Jones and Secretary of State Colin Powell. Was responsible for the creative development, strategic objectives and presentation of multiple new business pitches including:
• Created the $8 million creative campaign for ESPN’s First NASCAR national TV promotional featuring the licensed use of DC Comics “Speed Racer” and featured NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt.
• Pitched and developed the creative campaign that won the $40 million Bell Atlantic account featuring the work of world renowned artist Maurice Sendak and helped secure licensing rights for his book, ‘Where the Wild Things Are”
• Developed the winning campaign for the $20 million USAA Insurance account featuring the line “We know what it means to serve” which has been in market for over 15 years for TV, print, online and collateral applications.
• Pitched, conceived and produced the first on air promotion for the cable network, Animal Planet, featuring the voices of Phoebe Snowand Graham Nash singing their personalized renditions of “If I could talk to the Animals”
